本游戏自身不搭建服务器，不主动上传您的任何数据。下列数据由集成的第三方广告 SDK（Google AdMob）在其服务中处理：
- 设备标识符：Android 广告 ID（AAID）；iOS 上为广告标识符（IDFA），仅在您于系统弹窗中明确同意跟踪（ATT）后才会使用。
- 广告互动数据：广告请求、展示、点击及奖励发放验证等信息。
- 大致位置（IP 级）：用于地区合规（如 GDPR 同意判断）与广告投放。
- 设备与系统信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、语言等。
2. 本地存储的数据
以下数据仅保存在您的设备上，不会上传：
- 游戏进度、章节与关卡完成情况；
- 设置、主题与皮肤偏好；
- 成就记录；
- 每日广告额度记录。
卸载本游戏或清除应用数据后，上述本地数据将被删除。
3. 第三方服务：Google AdMob
本游戏使用 Google AdMob 展示激励视频广告（用于获取提示额度或解锁外观等可选内容，不会在您的思考或对局过程中强制插入）。Google 作为数据处理方，会按照其自身政策处理第 1 节所述数据，用于广告投放、频次控制、反欺诈与效果衡量。详见 Google 隐私政策：https://policies.google.com/privacy。
广告个性化与退出方式
- iOS：首次使用广告功能前，系统会弹出"跟踪许可"（ATT）询问；选择"要求 App 不跟踪"后，我们不会使用 IDFA，且不会跨应用跟踪您。
- Android：您可在系统"设置 → Google → 广告"中重置广告 ID 或选择停用广告个性化。
- 欧洲经济区/英国：首次展示广告前会通过 Google 同意管理平台（UMP）请求您的同意，您可随时通过清除应用数据重新选择。
4. 未成年人
本游戏不面向 13 岁以下儿童定向开发，也不会在明知对方为儿童的情况下收集其个人信息。如果您是儿童监护人并认为有相关数据被处理，请通过第 9 节联系方式与我们联系，我们将及时处理。
5. 您的权利
欧洲经济区、英国（GDPR）
基于同意的处理（如广告个性化），您可以随时撤回同意。您还可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理及数据可携带的权利。行使方式：发送邮件至第 9 节邮箱，或卸载本应用并重置广告 ID。
美国部分州（CCPA/CPRA 等）
我们不向第三方出售您的个人信息。Google 的广告服务在某些情形下可能构成"共享"（sharing），您可通过拒绝 ATT 授权（iOS）或停用广告个性化（Android）退出。
6. 数据保留与安全
本地游戏数据保留至您卸载应用或主动清除；广告相关数据由 Google 按其政策保留。我们与第三方之间的传输采用加密（HTTPS/TLS）方式。由于本游戏不设服务器，我们自身不存储您的个人资料副本。
7. 未来更新
后续版本可能引入数据分析服务（用于了解关卡难度与广告效果）。在此之前我们会更新本政策，并在应用内或商店页面提示变更。

1. Information We Collect
The Game does not operate its own servers and does not upload your data on its own. The following data is processed by the integrated third-party ad SDK (Google AdMob) as part of its services:
- Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID (AAID); on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you explicitly grant tracking permission (ATT) in the system prompt.
- Ad interaction data: ad requests, impressions, clicks, and reward verification.
- Approximate location (IP-based): used for regional compliance (e.g., GDPR consent) and ad delivery.
- Device and system information: device model, OS version, language, etc.
2. Data Stored Locally
The following data stays on your device and is never uploaded:
- Game progress, chapter and level completion;
- Settings, theme, and skin preferences;
- Achievement records;
- Daily ad quota records.
Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes all of the above.
3. Third-Party Service: Google AdMob
The Game uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads (for optional benefits such as hint quota or cosmetic unlocks; ads are never forced into your thinking or mid-puzzle). Google, as the data processor, handles the data described in Section 1 under its own policies for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement. Ad Personalization and Opt-Out
- iOS: Before ads are first used, the system shows an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", we do not use IDFA and do not track you across apps.
- Android: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in "Settings → Google → Ads".
- EEA/UK: A consent form (via Google's UMP) is shown before ads; you can change your choice anytime by clearing the app's data.
4. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe such data has been processed, contact us (Section 9) and we will promptly address it.
5. Your Rights
EEA & UK (GDPR)
Where processing is based on consent (e.g., personalized ads), you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. To exercise them, email us (Section 9), or uninstall the Game and reset your advertising ID.
U.S. State Laws (CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
We do not sell your personal information. Google's ad services may in some cases constitute "sharing"; you can opt out by denying ATT (iOS) or disabling ad personalization (Android).
6. Retention & Security
Local game data is kept until you uninstall the Game or clear its data; ad-related data is retained by Google under its policies. Transmissions with third parties use encryption (HTTPS/TLS). As the Game has no servers of its own, we do not retain copies of your personal data.
7. Future Updates
Future versions may introduce analytics services (to understand level difficulty and ad performance). We will update this Policy before that happens and announce changes in the app or on the store listing.

For material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last Updated" date.
